Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Klasgemak account and all associated data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with GDPR.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address associated with your Klasgemak account
  4. We will confirm deletion within 30 days

Upon deletion we will permanently remove your account, profile, chat history, and any observations you have authored. Data shared with your school (such as class observations) may be retained by the school administrator in accordance with their data retention policy.
