Delete Your Account

You can delete your Klasgemak account in the app at any time, or request deletion by email. We will process an email request within 30 days.

How to request account deletion

  1. Send an email to
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  3. Include the email address associated with your Klasgemak account
  4. We will confirm deletion within 30 days (email requests are handled by hand)

Deleting your account in the app removes your account, your sign-in account at Auth0, profile, chat history, files, audio and usage counters straight away. Observations and reports you wrote stay with your school, without your name, and class tasks you created or completed stay with the class without your name as creator or completer. A few internal references to your account number, your name on invitations you sent, and any moderation records (kept 12 months) can remain. Copies in database backups expire within 30 days.
